FLACS High School will be located in its permanent home at 1401 Inwood Avenue. near the 4 train. This is a brand-new building with a large gym, roof deck, and courtyard which is accessible only to the school. 
FLACS High School is growing, and will eventually be 700 students. In the 2023-24 school year, FLACS HS will admit approximately 200 students in Grade 9.
School starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. Scholars may arrive as early as 7:30 a.m. for breakfast. 
Yes! FLACS is a uniform school. Scholars have to wear their uniforms every day to school.
No, all of our scholars stay in the building for lunch. Scholars may choose to eat our free, healthy breakfast and lunches, which are nut-free and pork-free.
No! Scholars cannot have their telephones with them during the school day. Phones must be turned off and stored for the day. If a scholar needs to contact a parent, they may use the school phones and if a family needs to contact their scholar they may use the main phone line.
Yes, FLACS High School scholars will have access to assigned lockers for their personal belongings.
Scholars who live more than a half-mile from our schools will receive student MetroCards to travel to school.
